Hola!Before there can be a fundraiser, there has to be a fiesta. And a fiesta is all about bringing us together as school families. So for this year’s Autumn Ball, it is our heart’s desire that every family come to feel part of the great St. Raphael community. Dress up a little. Join a table. Eat, drink, and enjoy old and new friends.

Autumn Ball is the annual fundraiser that contributes about seven percent of the school’s budget. But it is more than that. It’s also a time to build our community of school families. So we chose as this year’s theme “Fiesta San Raphael – A Celebration of Faith and Family.”

For all the new families, this is the perfect opportunity to create long lasting friendships!

• Autumn Ball is an enchanting, fun-filled evening, complete with cocktails, dinner, live/silent auctions, a Grand Raffle, and dancing.
• This year, Autumn Ball will be held on Saturday, November 6 at Bobak’s Signature Events & Conference Center at Seven Bridges in Woodridge, Illinois. 
• Much of the proceeds from Autumn Ball support our annual operating budget. 
• These critical funds are used to bridge the gap between the tuition our families pay and the actual cost of educating each student.
• The largest single monetary contribution to Autumn Ball is the Grand Raffle. 
• Each St. Raphael School family, regardless of whether or not they will be attending Autumn Ball, is asked to purchase or sell two Grand Raffle Tickets. Tickets are $100.
• The Grand Prize is $10,000, 1st prize $2,500, 2nd prize $1,000, and 3rd prize $500. Only 500 tickets are sold. 
• Autumn Ball is organized every year by parent volunteers and its success can only be ensured by each and every one our families sharing their gifts of time, talent, and treasure with our school.
