Non-Payment of Tuition and Fees

 

While there shall be no intention to deny a Catholic education to families who are unable to pay tuition and/or fees, simple economics do not allow operation of a parish school without prudent business procedures.

 

Families who are not current with their tuition and fees by pre-registration time will not be allowed to pre-register their children for the next school year.  Families who are not paid up by the last day of school will have pre-registration revoked, and school records will be withheld until all accounts have reconciled.  When all payments are made, pre-registration will be accepted and children will be placed according to St. Raphael Student Admission Policy #RS5lll.

           

Families unable to make the necessary payments must make this known to the pastor who may approve a waiver of payment.

           

New Family Pre-Payment Policy

Effective as of the 2006 –2007 school year, all new families (further defined as a family who has no children at St. Raphael School at the time of registering), must pay amount equivalent to the last month’s tuition (based on current tuition rates) at the time their child or children are accepted and placed on a class list.

           

This payment would be in addition to the $100 registration fee that all families pay at the time of registration.  These monies are non-refundable.
