
The Diocese of Joliet observed strategies that St. Raphael School uses to engage students in different subject areas and at different grade levels: discussion/questioning; note-taking and summarizing; compare & contrast; graphic organizers; cooperative learning, small group and paired activities; hands-on activities and experiments; projects; presentations; PE's relay/blood flow; classroom use of technology, SMARTBoards, ALEKS; etc.
