St. Raphael Catholic School educates Kindergarten through Eighth grade with an average enrollment of 310 students under the authority of the Diocese of Joliet, Illinois. null
Academics
The best combination of arts, athletics, and academics in the western suburbs.  Every student experiences art, music, and foreign language.  Through a renaissance education we are preparing students for the future.
Athletics
Our Interscholastic Sports Program belongs to DuPage Parochial Basketball and Volleyball League.  The cross country and track teams participate in the Suburban Parochial League.  Every child in fifth through eighth grade is able to participate in sports. null

The Diocese of Joliet observed strategies that St. Raphael School uses to engage students in different subject areas and at different grade levels: discussion/questioning; note-taking and summarizing; compare & contrast; graphic organizers; cooperative learning, small group and paired activities; hands-on activities and experiments; projects; presentations; PE's relay/blood flow; classroom use of technology, SMARTBoards, ALEKS; etc.

Catechism Of the Catholic Church 2229:  "As those first responsible for the education of their children, parents have the right to choose a school for them which corresponds to their own convictions. This right is fundamental.
